Snacking with Colors of the Season

Tis the season for eating delicious, but not always the most nutritious foods. I whipped up this little snack yesterday, which was not only easy but quite festive looking if you are wanting to incorporate holiday colors in a healthful way.


This little bowl of yum was some plain non-fat Greek yogurt with Agave drizzled to sweeten (I personally don’t love plain yogurt, but the Agave is optional.. or could use honey, or flavored Greek yogurt). Then topped with pistachios and pomegranates for the seasonal color accents! Some of the pistachios were more brown than green in my bag, but you get the idea haha.
